a. Choose your package as outlined above and check out with our secure Premium Web Cart.
b. After the payment is processed you will receive instructions and an upload link to our system for your logo* and required photos*.
c. Report of Findings DVD's only require your Logo and delivery is approx 2 weeks of receipt of your Logo*.
d. Web streaming is uploaded within 24hrs and we only require your Logo*. If you choose to personally provide a slideshow ending for your web streaming - Additional production costs are available on our Big-Idea-products page.
e. After we receive your photos within 5 business days you will receive a proof of your photos in a slideshow of how they will appear in your video. You must then approve or recommend changes. Once you have approved your slideshow close timeline, the production of your package will begin.
f. If you have chosen a video close for your package you will receive an instructional email with the requirements needed to start the production process.
g. Both the DVD slideshow close and the DVD video close will take approximately 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your approval email regarding the timeline layout or your approved video ending.
*We do not provide a logo creation service, so please make sure that when you send us your logo that it is exactly how you want it to appear on your video. This is outlined in the required photos and log section.
*The sequence of photos that we recommend is:
Photo 1 - Outside of your Practice.
Photo 2 - Front desk/reception area with CA team.
Photo 3 - Dr or Drs in your practice.
Photo 4 - Dr with a patient conducting an exam or report.
Photo 5 - Dr giving a report of findings with x-rays or tools you
used for giving the report.
Photo 6 - Entire office team or Dr adjusting patients
Photo Formats can be Minimum of 250kb up to 2mb in a JPEG, TIFF or AI files are the most acceptable.
Just place your order for the video/s that you want streamed to your website. In 24 hours you will receive instructions and the script/s needed for you or your provider to cut and paste into your website. It takes minutes and is very easy to do. Your streaming will then start immediately.
